Senior Executive, Media Relations (1 Vacancy)

Requirements:

• Age between 25 to 35 years old
• Minimum Honours degree preferably in Economics, Law, English, Journalism or Mass Communications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in the field of public relations, journalism or professional writing
• Possess excellent writing
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of Malay and English(written and spoken), other languages will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• To develop media links locally and internationally
• To work closely with the media to ensure positive reports on PTP
• To enhance and maintain continuous branding of PTP through press releases, editorial write ups, strategic interviews
• To collate and analyse media coverage
• To write and edit PTP in house bulletin , speeches, press releases, etc
• To send /distribute media kits, press releases and pitch stories to appropriate media publications
• To develop and maintain proactive media relations programme
• To collect , compile and maintain media contacts database
• To retrieve, compile and maintain media clip archive, responsible for monitoring and distributing all press clipping and any information related to PTP stories to the right group of audience
