Environmental Compliance

PTP has embarked on Department Of Environment Malaysia (DOE) program entitled “Guided Self-Regulation” (GSR).

Objectives:

  • To develop self-regulation practice by the industries to implement environmental regulatory requirements
  • To assist industries to achieve the state of self-regulation
  • To develop a culture to strive for environmental excellence
  • Implementation is based on 7 elements of Environmental Mainstreaming Tools

Dangerous Goods Declaration

Dangerous Goods (DG) management in PTP is in accordance to Johor Port by-Law and IMDG Code.
