HSE Induction

Your safety is important to us. With that, before entering the terminal, you should be familiar with PTP’s HSE objectives, rules and requirements, hazards in the terminals and the emergency evacuation plan which you may get to know more when you join our HSE Induction classes.

Job Permit & Permit to Work

For any works in PTP’s terminal and common area, a Job Permit application is required to be submitted. Application can be made via the ePTW portal.

However, for high-risk activity, a Permit to Work (PTW) is also required to submitted.

Body Pass & Vehicle Sticker

When entering the port area, every personnel must have a valid body pass. This body pass contains the company details and the expiry dates of the pass. Each ID pass is unique for each person and differs by colour coding according to the working area allowed.

Tailgating, giving access or using another personnel body pass to enter our entrances is strictly prohibited and failing to comply with the terms and conditions of the body pass may result in revocation of the body pass.

Vehicles entering the PTP are required to have a PTP vehicle pass. Only drivers with a valid driving license and a valid vehicle insurance and road tax may be permitted to be in PTP area as stipulated in the Malaysia road regulations.
